Like a Hotel or Airline, we place a hold on your credit card for slightly more than your Journey’s displayed estimate. We do so to prevent unexpected baggage fees so please be sure to only bring the number of bags you mentioned upon booking. Rest assured, you will only be charged for the final number of bags you bring with you.
If you booked your journey more than a week in advance, you will not see the authorization on your credit card from Voom until 2 days before your flight. If we are unable to charge your card at this time, your journey will be cancelled, and you will be notified.
